Free shipping is applied automatically once your cart reaches 33,000 FCFA before taxes.

Times are estimates and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales). They start from the shipping confirmation, not the order date.

• We deliver anywhere in Côte d'Ivoire.
• We do not ship internationally at this time.
• A valid phone number is required to coordinate delivery.
• Some heavy or oversized items may be restricted to specific areas.

• Motorbike couriers — Greater Abidjan
• La Poste de Côte d'Ivoire — to the rest of the country
• DHL Express — expedited delivery on request
• The carrier is selected automatically based on the item and your address.

You will be contacted by phone before delivery.

• If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos before opening it.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• For lost parcels, we open an investigation with the carrier.
• A replacement or refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days.

• Orders placed before 2 PM (GMT) on business days are processed the same day.
• Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, and Sunday are processed Monday.
• You will receive an order confirmation email, then a shipping email with your tracking number.
• During high-demand periods (sales, holidays), processing may take 1–2 additional days.
